• Please check the price list before making a reservation. For items not listed on the reservation form, please enter them in the free entry field./
  ご予約の前に料金表をご確認ください。ご予約フォームに表示のない項目は自由入力欄よりご入力ください。

• If your group exceeds 5 people, please first complete the reservation for up to 5 people, and then register the additional members separately./
  ご予約人数が5人を超える場合は、5人目までの予約登録後にあらためて追加人数分の情報をご予約ください。

• Priority will be given to customers who make reservations via our website, so we recommend making your reservation as early as possible. Please note that, depending on availability, we may not be able to meet your request due to prior bookings./
  ホームページよりご予約のお客様へのご案内を優先しますのでお早めにお申し込みください。ご予約状況によっては先約によりご希望に添えない場合がありますのでご了承ください。

• When customers with reservations visit the store, each user will need to fill out a rental form and sign a waiver. Therefore, please arrive with enough time before your rental start time./
  ご予約のお客様が店舗へご来店時にもご利用者様お一人ずつ、レンタルフォーム用紙への記入と誓約書への署名が必要になりますので、ご利用開始時刻に余裕をもってご来店ください。

• We will prepare the best-suited gear based on the information and measurements you provide in the reservation and rental form./
  ご予約情報およびレンタルフォーム用紙にご記入いただいた情報および測定サイズにより最適なギアをご用意いたします。

• Rental gear can be picked up from 3:00 PM on the day before your rental start date./
  レンタルギアの貸出は、利用開始日前日15時より可能です。

• Rental gear must be returned by 7:00 PM on the final rental day. Please note that additional charges will apply for any returns after this time./
  レンタルギアの返却は、利用終了日19時までになります。以降は延長料金が発生しますのでご注意ください。

• Junior rates apply to children 12 years old and under./
  12歳以下のお子様にはジュニア料金が適用されます。

• For rentals of 7 days or more, you can receive a complimentary wax service during your rental period./
  7日以上のレンタル利用の場合、途中でWAXサービスが受けられます。

• The first exchange of snow gear is free, but from the second exchange onwards, a fee of 1,100 yen will be charged per exchange./
  スノーギアの交換は1回目は無料になりますが、2回目からは1回につき1,100円の交換代金が必要になります。

• In case of damage or loss of rental items, additional charges will apply./
  レンタル品の損傷や紛失をした場合には、別途追加料金が発生します。

• Full payment is required in advance for the reservation of tour ski items. The reservation will be confirmed once the payment is verified through the payment system that will be provided separately./
  ツアースキーアイテムの予約には事前決済が必要です。別途ご案内する決済システムでお支払いが確認でき次第、予約が確定となります。

• Payment can be made by credit card at the time of use, or guests staying at Sansui Niseko can opt for room charge./
  お支払いはご利用時にクレジットカードでのお支払い、または山翠ニセコにお泊りのお客様はルームチャージがご利用いただけます。

• For rental reservation cancellations, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations made the day before, and 100% for cancellations made on the day of the reservation./
  レンタル予約のキャンセルについては、前日50％、当日100％のキャンセル料が発生します。
